The services are offered globally, with an initial launch in Germany and expansion plans across Europe and other regions.

Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You may use the services provided you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. By accessing MigrateSpace:

You confirm that you are using the service for lawful purposes.
You agree not to use the service to harass, spam, promote criminal, sexual, or political agendas.

You are responsible for the content you input and for how you apply the information returned by the AI.

User Accounts & Access

To use our AI services:

Users must register with a valid email address and select a subscription plan (monthly or annual). No free plan is currently available.
Access via integrated workplace software (e.g., Slack) is permitted for enterprise users, provided the user has been invited by an administrator.

Each account is associated with the user's email address. Seat users (via API) must be authenticated through their organization's internal systems.

Use of AI and Service Limitations

The AI system provides informational support based on vetted and publicly available sources. However:

MigrateSpace is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice.
Any content generated by the AI should not be considered a substitute for consulting qualified professionals or immigration lawyers.
The platform does not support or process legal filings (e.g., visa applications).

The AI’s guidance is based on its existing knowledge base and available data. Users should verify critical information independently.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to MigrateSpace, including but not limited to:

Brand names “MigrateMate” and “MigrateSpace” (trademarked in the UK and EU),
Website content, application interface design, and
Curated knowledge base content,

are owned by MigrateMate UG and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Content generated by the AI may incorporate user context and data, but remains part of the MigrateSpace platform’s functional output. Users can request access to their own data at any time.

Privacy & Data Protection

MigrateSpace collects and processes personal and usage data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Key points include:

Data Collection: We collect data to personalise services and improve AI accuracy. This may include uploaded documents and chat history.

Payments & Subscriptions

Access to MigrateSpace requires a paid subscription:

Pricing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
Cancellation & Refunds: Annual plans are non-refundable for unused months (unless engaging in a formal withdrawal process). Users will receive a reminder before renewal and may cancel auto-renewal at any time.
Token Limits: Paid plans include a usage cap of 1 million tokens per month.
Freemium Tier (Future): If introduced, a free tier will be limited to 5 interactions per week and require email registration.

All transactions are securely processed via third-party payment providers.

The services provided by MigrateSpace are offered "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content or features will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. However, we try our best.

No Legal Advice
MigrateSpace is an AI-powered tool designed to support immigration-related information queries. It does not claim to replace the need for qualified legal counsel.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MigrateMate UG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use, or abuse of the service. Liability is capped to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Thank you for using MigrateSpace. Please ensure that you read our privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and use your data.

This applies when you buy as a consumer (not for your trade, business or profession). Our product is a digital service, and access to the MigrateSpace AI is possible via Telegram and the web app. We do not supply downloadable digital content.

Cooling-off period.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the contract is concluded. You may withdraw without giving any reason by sending us a clear statement (e.g., email) before the period ends; we will acknowledge receipt on a durable medium.

European Commission - UK Legislation: Immediate Access & Proportionate Charges.
When starting access immediately, during the 14-day period, you still retain the right to withdraw. If you do, you must pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time you request withdrawal; we'll refund the remainder. Upon checkout, you consent to an immediate service start and acknowledge that there may be proportionate charges if you choose to withdraw within the first 14 days of your recurring plan, rather than simply cancelling.

Cancellation

After the 14 days, you may cancel to stop future renewals at any time via your account; service continues until the end of the paid term. Annual plans are not refundable for unused months once the 14-day period has passed (this does not affect statutory remedies if the service is not supplied or is non-conforming).

How to Withdraw (During the 14-Day Window)

You must email support@migratespace.com stating that you withdraw from your subscription and explain why.

Consumer Right of Withdrawal (EU/Germany) — Digital Services only

(Legal basis: EU Consumer Rights Directive — withdrawal, proportionate payment for services started during the cooling-off, and refund timing; Germany implements these rules in the BGB and the 2022 digital-products regime.)
